Emovid allows users to send personal videos, but their users live inside CRMs and Chat apps. Asking a salesperson to leave Salesforce to record a video caused friction and drop-off. Furthermore, as the feature set grew, manual regression testing became a bottleneck, slowing down releases and risking bugs in production
Designing the “Native” Experience.
We didn’t just hit API endpoints. We acted as Product Architects. We mapped the daily workflows of Sales Reps and Support Agents to design integrations that felt Native to the host platform.
The Logic: ‘How does a rep send a video directly from a Salesforce Lead object without opening a new tab?’
The UX: We designed the user journey before writing a line of integration code.

The Solution (Engineering Deep Dive)
We reject short-term shortcuts. Our operating philosophy is designed to build long-term assets and enduring relationships based on trust and transparency.

The Ecosystem Mesh (Integrations)
We engineered lightweight, high-performance connectors for MS Teams, MS Dynamics, HubSpot, and Salesforce. We also built a Chrome Extension as a universal bridge. Each integration required unique authentication flows (OAuth2) and context-aware UI rendering to ensure seamless video embedding.

Automated Reliability (QA)
To support this expanding ecosystem, we eliminated manual testing. We built a robust End-to-End (E2E) Automation Framework. Every commit now triggers a suite of automated scripts that validate video recording, rendering, and sending workflows across all integrated platforms simultaneously.
