The client was expanding aggressively, opening 3+ dealerships a month. However, their operations were fragmented. Sales leads lived in Salesforce, accounting in Tally, and inventory in spreadsheets. Without a unified system, they couldn’t track Battery Health (critical for EVs), manage internal stock transfers between warehouses, or correlate Service Complaints with Revenue. They needed a custom Operating System to connect the dots.
The Architecture: “The Unified Nervous System”
We architected a centralized ‘Operating System’ that eliminates data silos between Sales, Operations, and Finance.
It automates the entire lifecycle from Salesforce lead conversion to Tally invoicing. The Custom DMS Core instantly translates sales data into booking orders and inventory reservations, while simultaneously digitizing the service floor via Digital Job Cards. By tracking real-time spare parts consumption and mechanic labor, the system ensures every invoice matches floor activity with 100% accuracy—creating a seamless, error-free Order-to-Cash workflow.

The Solution (Engineering Deep Dive)
Bi-Directional Salesforce Sync
We treated Salesforce as the ‘Front Office’ and our DMS as the ‘Back Office.’ When a lead converts in Salesforce, the data flows instantly into the DMS to create a Booking Order. No manual entry, zero data mismatch.
Multi-Warehouse & Internal Shipping
We engineered a complex Logistics Module that tracks inventory across the Factory, Central Hubs, and Dealer Floors. It manages Internal Shipping Manifests, ensuring every scooter and spare part is accounted for during transit.
Lifecycle Tracking: From VIN to Voltage
Unlike standard cars, EVs depend on battery lifecycle. We built a dedicated module to track individual Battery Serial Numbers, recording voltage health, warranty claims, and replacement history to predict failures before they happen.
Tally Financial Bridge
To keep the finance team happy, we built an automated bridge to Tally. Every vehicle sale, service invoice, and spare part purchase in the DMS automatically posts the correct voucher in Tally, enabling real-time P&L visibility.
